Senior Full-stack Developer

We’re partnering with a leading Scandinavian company from the food production and distribution industry, embarking on a digital transformation journey.
Join a newly forming team that will be responsible for software solutions directly supporting the company’s long-term goals.
Working in an international, cross-functional team, you’ll use your problem-solving skills to shape software development. The company plans to phase out on-premises solutions in favor of scalable cloud-based alternatives. You’ll collaborate on diverse, business-focused projects with colleagues and stakeholders across borders within a Scandinavian work culture.
Your tasks:
- Analyze business problems and explore potential solutions,
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose solutions,
- Work on cloud-based solutions that support business operations,
- Building new applications from scratch or integration with existing systems,
- Identify and mapping existing tools and systems in use,
- Contribute to building a long-term internal software team focused on delivering quality and value.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development in various projects,
- Experience working directly with stakeholders,
- Strong experience in C# / .NET,
- Full-stack mindset with strong focus on frontend using React,
- Experience with Azure,
- Solid communication skills and a genuine interest in engaging with business users,
- Proactive attitude, willingness to advise and suggest improvements,
- Fluent English (B2+), comfortable in client-facing conversations,
- Availability to visit our office in Poznań once per quarter.
